If the product you bought recently does not suit you, we give you the return option. For this reason, we have tried to make the process the easiest way for you.
Returns
If you wish to return the product you received you can follow the steps below.
a) The product must be in excellent condition and bear all its labels.
b) The return parcel must be accompanied by the receipt and the return form that you will have received upon delivery.
Exchanges
-Exchange with another piece. If you want to replace it with something else available, then you should let us know in advance so we can keep your new product committed to you. In this case, just call us at 2294096319.
-Pack your parcel and send it to us within 15 days from the date of purchase. You can use any postal service you prefer.
- Once we receive it we will proceed with the fulfillment of your request and we will contact you immediately.
- The refund is valid only in case of a defective product and after consultation.
Delivery costs
All shipping costs must be covered by the customer, unless the product is defective.
For Greek customers the cost of return delivery ranges from € 3.00 to € 5.00 if you use the service Geniki Taxydromiki, which we work with (you must send the package at our expense and then we will deduct the fee from the refund amount ).
For international customers the shipping-return cost is set at € 12.00 -20.00 €
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
